Genomics

The genomics platform provides to industrial research project with high throughput technological tools for analyzing gene structure and expression in various organisms, cellular models, and tumors using Nanostring approaches.

Since the last decades, our technological revolution to fight cancer has lead to an unprecedent accumulation of data mostly coming from new equipments.  All facilities at Institut Curie benefits from the support of the Bioinformatics platform needed to treat those amount of data. Our platform is composed of thirty bioinformaticians, biostatisticians and software engineers who offer a multidisciplinary expertise to support biotechnological companies in their daily activities with the analysis of data obtained from high-throughput technologies. The skills range from statistical data analysis and data management to software development and high performance computing.
